My name is Nikki Graham (MA (Cantab), MITI). I am a British national and I live in the tourist town of Bournemouth on the south coast of England in the United Kingdom.

I try to reply to emails as quickly as possible between 07.00 and 15.30 (UK time) when I am normally at or near my desk. After 15.30 it might take me longer to reply.

Since I strive to give my clients the best service possible, I set aside part of my working time to improve my skills and knowledge by doing courses, reading about translation and my subject areas, and attending workshops or webinars. I have listed some of this continuous professional development (CPD) on this page.
As part of my ITI (Institute ofTranslation and Interpreting) membership, I have also joined the ITI Spanish Network, the ITI Wessex Regional Group and the ITI MAT (Media, Arts and Tourism) Network. All three organise CPD events that I try to attend as often as possible.
I am also a teacher for The Translator’s Studio. I tutor on the translation courses and lead some of the translation workshops.
